It's good base for sightseeing and exploring Chicago. Moreover, Wi-Fi was a pleasant addition. Truly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant Rook's Corner, no need to go somewhere else.
There was no swimming pool.

Great location, the pool was a plus. Located near a metro station and the beach. Walking distance to the restaurant The Rosebud❤

just 10 minutes' walk from polk train station. we visited pompei, set only 1000 ft away. position very close to arrigo park and easy walk to conte di savoia.
